Refund policy

RETURNS

Items categorized as made-to-order or handmade are strictly exempt from our returns and refunds policy. If you have any questions about our items, please feel free to email hedi@hedikor.kr.

For items that are eligible for returns, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to make a return, please email hedi@hedikor.kr with "Return - your order number" in the subject line and the reason for return. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered.

The refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

EXCHANGE

Please, email customercare@apoc-store.com with your exchange request and a member of our team will help you. Customers are responsible for the associated shipping costs of exchanges, however, not all items are eligible for exchange such as made-to-order or pre-order. In some cases the designer may agree to an exchange which is up to their discretion.
